Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and systems in line with regulatory requirements and institutional goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientation and talent management to attract and retain top talent.
Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and compliance with Cameroon labour laws.
Foster a positive workplace culture, employee relations and effective communication across departments.
Manage performance management programs, learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
Qualifications:
Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.
Ready to work in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience in a private higher institution is a plus. Demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal /communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities, maintain confidentiality with diverse stakeholders.
