Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Team on a part-time basis. The role focuses on designing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives across digital and print platforms. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to translate ideas and strategies into compelling visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce visual content for marketing campaigns, including:

  • Social media graphics.
  • Website and landing page visuals.
  • Marketing presentations and reports.
  • Banners, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.

Working Time

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic designer, preferably within a marketing or communication environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva, including:
    • Creating templates aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Adapting designs for social media, presentations, and marketing assets.
    • Collaborating with team members using shared brand kits.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

  • Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.

Experience Required

  • Experience with Figma or similar collaborative design tools

Position Summary

The Senior Web Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of the organization’s websites and web applications. This role ensures high performance, security, scalability, and user experience across all digital platforms, while translating business and communication needs into robust technical solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with design, content, and project teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, secure, and high-performance websites and web applications
  • Define and implement scalable web architecture and development best practices
  • Optimize website speed, performance, and accessibility (SEO, Core Web Vitals, WCAG standards)
  • Implement security best practices, including data protection and vulnerability mitigation
  • Monitor website uptime, performance, and technical health
  • Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs accurately
  • Work closely with content, communications, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Maintain and update CMS-based websites (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent)

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations Strategy & Media Relations

  • Develop and implement public relations strategies aligned with SFA’s mission and strategic goals

Brand & Reputation Management

  • Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all external communications

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience securing media coverage and managing PR campaigns
  • Experience in nonprofit, NGO, or mission-driven organizations preferred

Languages

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset

Position Summary

The Program Manager provides strategic leadership, oversight, and accountability for the design, delivery, and performance of all programmes within the organization. The role ensures programmes are aligned with the organization’s mission, strategic objectives, donor requirements, and impact goals, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Programme Oversight

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for SFA’s program portfolio in Cameroon and internationally (as applicable)
  • Lead programme design, planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with SFA’s strategic plan
  • Ensure programmatic alignment with donor priorities, organizational goals, and best practices

Programme Quality, Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Oversee results-based management (RBM) systems, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) frameworks
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality programme reporting to donors, partners, and the Board
  • Promote learning, innovation, and continuous improvement across programmes

Team Leadership & Capacity Building

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor Program Managers and program staff
  • Strengthen staff capacity through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented team culture

Partnerships & External Relations

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with donors, government agencies, UN bodies, NGOs, and community organizations
  • Represent SFA Cameroon in external meetings, forums, and networks
  • Support resource mobilization efforts in collaboration with leadership and development teams

Financial Management & Compliance

  • Oversee programme budgets and expenditures in coordination with finance staff
  • Ensure compliance with donor agreements, organizational policies, safeguarding standards, and audit requirements
  • Identify and manage programmatic risks and mitigation strategies

Policy, Safeguarding & Accountability

  • Ensure integration of safeguarding, gender equality, inclusion, and human rights across all programs
  • Uphold SFA’s codes of conduct and ethical standards
  • Support organizational accountability and transparency initiatives

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Master’s degree in International Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Non-profit Management, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in programme management, including senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing complex, donor-funded programmes
  • Experience working with nonprofits, NGOs, or international development organizations

Languages

  • Fluency in English required
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset
