Description du poste :
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un chargé de stratégies culturelles et de communications immersives. Le titulaire du poste joue le rôle clé dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de communication immersive et adaptée aux contextes culturels locaux.

Hiérarchie :
Il travaille sous la supervision de la direction générale et en étroite collaboration avec les unités opérationnelles.

Missions/responsabilités :

1. Analyse culturelle et sociale :

• Réaliser des études ethnographiques approfondies pour comprendre les comportements, attitudes, croyances et pratiques des communautés cible ;

• Identifier et interpréter des données qualitatives et quantitatives afin de développer des stratégies culturelles adaptées ;

2. Communication interculturelle :

• Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de communication basées sur les spécificités culturelles locales ;

• Promouvoir des interactions immersives entre les groupes sociaux et isalyd corporation.

• Concevoir et piloter des campagnes de sensibilisation et de communication pour atteindre les publics cibles.

Qualifications professionnelles :
•    Diplôme de niveau Bac+3 en Anthropologie ou disciplines similaires (sociologie, sciences sociales) ;
•    Une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 1 an dans un poste similaire est requise.
Compétences techniques :
•    Maîtrise des outils de collecte et d’analyse de données qualitatives et quantitatives (ex. : SPSS, NVivo, Atlas.ti) ;
•    Bonne connaissance des contextes culturels et sociaux du Cameroun.
Aptitudes personnelles :
•    Excellentes capacités relationnelles (écoute, empathie, esprit d’équipe) ;
•    Dynamisme, flexibilité, et respect de la diversité culturelle ;

3. Appui stratégique :
• Conseiller la Direction Générale dans ses interactions avec les communautés locales ;
• Proposer des approches innovantes favorisant une meilleure intégration de la diversité culturelle.

Nestlé Cameroon is currently looking for a Detailed Production Scheduler who manage the Supply Network of the assigned area of the business by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also considers the distribution costs.

The individual will also build production plans respecting the agreed level of available capacity to ensure that finished and semi-finished goods are available with high freshness, at the right stock location to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost

RESPONSIBILTIES:

Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs considering the network complexity and the supply constraints.
Plan and optimize mixed loads considering transportation constraints
Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location
Analyze exceptions, to take business decisions (based on priorities or after arbitration) and to adjust planning results accordingly. Establish production requirements for short and long term and to follow up production plans.
Establish stock policies for Finished Goods. To do this for Inter Market Supply together with Planners of Receiving Markets. Periodically review the stock level of the domestic and the receiving markets to pro-actively look for solutions in case of deviations.
Determine key issues with volume variance that may impact supply by:
challenging existing Logistics and Supply Planning processes and tools
 implementing improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time savings, increased efficiencies, etc.)
Analyse and effectively communicate relevant information
Highlighting all supply issues
Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related trade offs
  Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with the Business Planning process
Monitoring requirements evolution
Challenge manufacturing on regular basis to manage lot sizes, cycle times, to drive optimum FG inventory level. Also, challenges and supports Demand Planner (Domestic and IMS) to improve Demand Planning Accuracy
 Deliver sustained IMS Performance
 Establishes an 18-month production plan for the factories within their responsibility (including sub/contracting factories where within scope of role)
Creates a feasible production plan that respects capacity defined (available capacity)
 Establishes Committed Capacity, including timing proposals for plant shutdowns, investments etc.
 Provides information on labour requirements through Committed Capacity
 Identifies possible opportunities and improvements in collaboration with the factory within the 18-month horizon
Contribute to cross functional planning activities such as MPR according to Best Practice.
Actively supports the Strategic Volume Planning process (i.e. Capex Planning)

Roles & Responsibilities

    Under the supervision of TL Financial Reporting & Control, Prepares and declare spectra on a monthly basis with accuracy.

    Other ad hoc regulatory reporting preparation ( cerber reports, group reports, local regulatory requirements).

Knowledge

    Familiarity with consolidating financials for parent companies with subsidiaries and understanding group reporting procedures.
    Knowledge of key financial ratios (liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, solvency ratios) and how to use them to assess company performance.

Skills

    Strong knowledge in CEMAC accounting Chart (PCEC).
    Knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, OHADA).
    Ability to work end-to-end with minimal supervision.
    Ability to maintain high accuracy in financial data and reporting.
    Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
    Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and areas for financial improvement

Key Performance Indicator

    Timeliness of Financial Reports (100% of reports completed by specified deadlines).
    Percentage of reports with no significant errors or corrections required after submission (98-100% accuracy).

Education Requirements

    Minimum of a first degree

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Delivery, Corporate Planning
Lead key reports, including staff responsible for the production of financial metrics, risk report, program reports, country reports and daily briefings for the CEO;
Develop data analysis from reviewed reports in collaboration with all Team Heads for use in strategy
design & decision-making;
Where required, serve as the project lead on cross-institutional project teams and taskforces to carry
out critical initiatives and projects prioritized by the CEO;
Prepare an agenda for each strategy meeting and provide a summary of discussions and follow-up on action items resulting from each meeting to attendees, with coordination and support from the CEO.
Occasionally represent the CEO in strategy meetings where required.

Qualifications:

markets and ensure that their production is properly managed after harvest.


What We Do
We are a food storage, drying, and distribution company that sources products from smallholder
farmers, whom we support during the season with input loans and training, so that they can be more
productive. We transform the farmers’ produce into standardized, graded products that we sell across
the country, to buyers who can be sure of the quality they receive.


About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Consultant to prospect, expand our client database and maintain long
lasting relationships with clients within their assigned territory for 3 months. They will need to
understand customer needs, problems, interests, competitor’s activities and potential for new
products and services. In this regard, a successful candidate should be an outgoing, detail oriented
individual who understands the 4Ps of marketing and ensures that they are respected at all points of
sale. Someone who is a natural self-starter and is fueled by meeting personal targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Prospects & expands client base while maintaining long lasting relationships with clients within
assigned territory through daily visits as required by company;
● Meets and exceeds personal targets and sales team KPIs;
● Provide daily reports on field activities i.e. customer needs, problems, interests, competitor’s
activities and potential for new products and services;
● Have a mastery of detailed information regarding the product in a bid to assist clients make a
purchase;
● Ensure that the 4ps of marketing (product, place, price and promotion) are respected in all
Outlets;
● Stock keeping, merchandising and thorough check of products’ stock on shelves and
warehouse outlets; ensuring they are clean, undamaged and still have a consumable shelf life;
● Understand the company’s business environment to promote best practices


Qualifications
● At least 2 years of applicable work experience;
● Demonstrated “can do” attitude with some experience in modern consumer product sales;
● Experience in or demonstrated interest in selling packed foods;
● Well organized and self-directed;
● High integrity and honesty;
● Driver’s license (Category B);
● Good mastery of roads in Yaounde;
● Must be bilingual in English & French (written and verbal);
● Excellent presentation preparation and delivery skills;
● Decisive with a “big picture” perspective.
