Position Summary

The Senior Web Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of the organization’s websites and web applications. This role ensures high performance, security, scalability, and user experience across all digital platforms, while translating business and communication needs into robust technical solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with design, content, and project teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, secure, and high-performance websites and web applications
  • Define and implement scalable web architecture and development best practices
  • Optimize website speed, performance, and accessibility (SEO, Core Web Vitals, WCAG standards)
  • Implement security best practices, including data protection and vulnerability mitigation
  • Monitor website uptime, performance, and technical health
  • Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs accurately
  • Work closely with content, communications, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Maintain and update CMS-based websites (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent)
  • Integrate third-party APIs, services, and tools
  • Ensure version control and deployment best practices (Git, CI/CD)

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience with analytics, monitoring, and performance tool
  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, architecture, and security).
  • Experience working with MySQL databases.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar web development role.
  • Experience working in an NGO, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Digital Outreach Strategy

  • Design, manage, and optimize the organization’s overall digital presence, including social media, online platforms, and digital campaigns
  • Define and track objectives related to audience engagement, visibility, and online community growth
  • Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and visual identity across all digital channels

Digital Campaigns & Content

  • Plan and implement digital campaigns to support organizational goals

Performance & Optimization

The role ensures consistent, accurate, and compelling messaging across media, partners, and the public, while safeguarding the organization’s image and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations Strategy & Media Relations

  • Develop and implement public relations strategies aligned with SFA’s mission and strategic goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media statements, and talking points

Brand & Reputation Management

  • Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all external communications
  • Monitor media coverage and public perception of SFA Cameroon
  • Support crisis communication planning and response when necessary

Content Development & Storytelling

  • Develop compelling content including feature stories, op-eds, newsletters, and impact highlights
  • Collaborate with programs and development teams to capture success stories and data

Digital & External Communications

  • Coordinate PR messaging across digital platforms, including websites and social media
  • Support online reputation management and visibility efforts
  • Work with partners to amplify SFA campaigns and initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field

Experience

  • Up to 3 years of professional experience in public relations, communications, or media relations
  • Demonstrated experience securing media coverage and managing PR campaigns
  • Experience in nonprofit, NGO, or mission-driven organizations preferred

Languages

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset

Position Summary

The Program Manager provides strategic leadership, oversight, and accountability for the design, delivery, and performance of all programmes within the organization. The role ensures programmes are aligned with the organization’s mission, strategic objectives, donor requirements, and impact goals, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Programme Oversight

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for SFA’s program portfolio in Cameroon and internationally (as applicable)

  • Ensure programmatic alignment with donor priorities, organizational goals, and best practices

  • Oversee programme budgets and expenditures in coordination with finance staff
  • Ensure compliance with donor agreements, organizational policies, safeguarding standards, and audit requirements

Policy, Safeguarding & Accountability

  • Ensure integration of safeguarding, gender equality, inclusion, and human rights across all programs
  • Uphold SFA’s codes of conduct and ethical standards
  • Support organizational accountability and transparency initiatives

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Master’s degree in International Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Non-profit Management, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in programme management, including senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing complex, donor-funded programmes
  • Experience working with nonprofits, NGOs, or international development organizations

Languages

  • Fluency in English required
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset

Au cours de ses près de cinquante années d’existence, l’entreprise a connu une évolution remarquable, guidée par un esprit de recherche, d’innovation et de développement perpétuel.  
Afin de renforcer notre équipe financière, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Contrôleur Comptable compétent pour notre usine de Douala – Boadibo. En tant que Contrôleur Comptable, vous serez chargé de garantir l’intégrité et l’exactitude des informations financières de l’usine, en veillant au respect des normes comptables et des réglementations en vigueur.
Missions / Responsabilité / Activités
  1. Vérification et analyse des données financières : Vous serez responsable de la vérification et de l’analyse des données comptables, y compris les transactions, les soldes de compte, les états financiers et les rapports de gestion. Vous devrez vous assurer de l’exactitude des données et de leur conformité aux principes comptables.
  2. Contrôle interne : Vous devrez mettre en place et maintenir des procédures de contrôle interne efficaces pour garantir l’intégrité des processus financiers. Cela peut inclure la mise en œuvre de contrôles de conformité, la détection des risques de fraude et l’amélioration des processus existants pour assurer une gestion financière efficace.
  3. Audit et conformité : Vous serez responsable de la préparation et de la coordination des audits internes et externes. Vous devrez collaborer avec les auditeurs pour fournir les informations nécessaires, répondre aux questions et mettre en œuvre les recommandations d’audit. 
  4. Rapports financiers et reporting sur : Vous devrez préparer les reportings réguliers concernant l’activité de la structure et les rapports financiers périodiques, tels que les états financiers, les rapports de gestion et les budgets. Vous devrez également analyser ces rapports pour identifier les tendances financières, les écarts et les opportunités d’amélioration.
Profil / Compétences /Exigences
EDUCATION ET EXPERIENCE : –      

  • BTS ou LICENCE en comptabilité de gestion / comptabilité et finance / audit et contrôle de Gestion (le candidat ayant obtenu un baccalauréat scientifique ou technique)   

QUALITES REQUISES :

  • Maîtrise de l’outil informatique (tableur, logiciel de comptabilité…);
  • Goût pour les chiffres;
  • Rigueur, précision, autonomie;
  • Sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation;
  • Aisance relationnelle;
  • Bilingue de préférence (français et anglais).
