The Opportunity

The Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) Officer contributes to creating lasting change for children by implementing high-quality, lifesaving child protection interventions in humanitarian and emergency settings.

In this role, your aim is to prevent and respond to child protection risks including abuse, neglect, exploitation, violence, separation, and harmful practices through the delivery of psychosocial support, quality case management, and the strengthening of community-based child protection mechanisms, in line with Plan International policies and the Child Protection Minimum Standards (CPMS).

Specifically, you will:

Implement child protection activities under an ECHO-funded humanitarian project in Menchum and Ngoketunjia Divisions of the North West Region.
Works directly with crisis-affected children, adolescents, caregivers, and community structures across multiple hard-to-reach communities.
Provides technical support and supervision to Social/Case Workers and community-based child protection actors.
Contributes to project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting, including donor reporting requirements.
Engages with local authorities, community leaders, humanitarian partners, and coordination mechanisms (e.g. Protection Cluster).
Requires regular field travel in insecure and volatile contexts, with responsibility for ensuring safe and ethical programme delivery.

The Individual

We are looking for someone with a bachelor degree in Human Rights, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. As Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) Officer, have an experience in Child Protection, with at least 2 years in humanitarian or emergency contexts. You need to have a strong knowledge of Child Protection in Emergencies and Child Protection Minimum Standards (CPMS), a proven experience in child protection case management, including handling high-risk and sensitive cases, an experience working with Community-Based Child Protection Mechanisms.

As Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) Officer, you need to have an excellent ability to work in insecure, stressful, and volatile environments and be fluency in English (written and spoken), knowing pidgin is an asset. Knowledge of local languages is desirable.

Description of functions:
Under the supervision of the Head of the Sponsorship Services Department, the Program Assistant will collaborate with the other Program staff, Employees and volunteers in the Organization. You have to;

1. Project Design and Implementation:

ü Participate in routine field visits as part of monthly progress reports, Annual Children’s Letters (ACL), food distribution activities, and health check-ups for sponsored children;

ü Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual activity reports for the Operations Department;

ü Contribute to the planning and organization of field missions within the framework of project operations;

ü Take part in the organization of training workshops and support the training of local community volunteers;Support the project team in daily activities, including reporting, meeting reminders, and other assigned tasks;

ü Perform any other duties as assigned by the hierarchy;Respond appropriately and sensitively to emergency situations and urgent issues.

ü Support in managing the field program, ensuring effective and efficient implementation.

ü Assist in coordinating regular project reviews with the team, local stakeholders, and project partners.

2. Representation and Coordination:

ü Represent Good Neighbors Cameroon in cluster and sector meetings in the Far North Region.

ü Manage relationships with stakeholders, especially at the community level.

ü Attend regular internal meetings with the department to plan and review activities, present reports, and ensure effective communication.

3. Reporting and Documentation:

o Prepare project reports for GN interventions in the Far North and present in cluster and sector meetings.

o Assist in coordinating compilation of monthly and quarterly reports at the field office level.
Qualification Required

o Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Public Health, Community Development, Development Anthropology, Environmental Studies, or any other equivalent field;
o At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with an NGO
o Strong understanding of project management principles, M&E, and reporting
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
o Fluency in French, English and local languages (Fulfulde)
o Experience working in a similar context or with similar stakeholders (government, communities, etc.)
o Must be ready and available to travel in places that Good Neighbors Cameroon is carrying out her projects.

The Opportunity

The Roving Finance Coordinator provides strategic and operational financial support across all Plan International Cameroon field offices. As Roving Finance Coordinator, you will ensure high‑quality financial management, strengthen partner and field finance capacity, and support compliance with internal and donor requirements. In this position you will play a vital role in delivering best‑in‑class financial services while contributing to Plan International’s mission for children’s wellbeing.

Your key responsibilities will be

Lead and support finance staff across field locations.
Ensure partners have strong financial reporting, record‑keeping, and internal control systems.
Review and validate partner financial reports and budgets.
Build capacity of partners and field finance teams through training and regular field visits.
Monitor fund utilization, forecasts, and compliance with Plan and donor policies.
Support audits, risk mitigation, and adherence to financial standards.

The Individual

As Roving Finance Coordinator, you need to have a Masters’ degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Diploma. You will have a proven experience in financial management, partner capacity building, and donor reporting and an experience supporting senior management and coordinating multi‑site operations and a knowledge of project accounting and major donor requirements.

As Roving Finance Coordinator, you need to have a high integrity, transparency, and commitment to safeguarding. The Opportunity
The Monitoring and Evaluation Intern is responsible for assisting in the monitoring and evaluation, technical leadership, planning initiatives, monitoring, evaluation, research and dissemination in the context of BMZ project implementation. CONTEXTE
L’Institut Africain pour le Développement Économique et Social (INADES-Formation) est une
organisation panafricaine qui œuvre au Cameroun depuis 1970. C’est une organisation non
gouvernementale qui a pour mission de travailler à la promotion sociale et économique des
populations en accordant une importance toute particulière à leur participation libre et responsable
à la transformation de leurs sociétés. Sa Direction Nationale est basée à Yaoundé, avec deux entités
implantées à Maroua et à Bamenda.

RESPONSABILITES
– Coordonner la planification stratégique et opérationnelle ainsi que l’implémentation des

Le poste
L’ équipe INTERG FARMING vous propose un poste en CDD, dans une entreprise de qualité. En tant que coordinateur Technique Agricole, tout en travaillant à proximité du directeur général, vous serez appelé à visité la ferme chaque semaine afin de fournir un rapport détailler des opérations qui s’y tiennent.
Vous assisterez le directeur dans la supervision et gestion du personnel
rapport sur la performance des employés
géré des opérations
gestion des finances et transaction
planification et gestion du temps
communication, reporting et analyse

Profil Obligatoire
– Avoir au minimum 2 ans d’expérience professionnel dans une fonction similaire
– Niveau BAC+2
– Etre capable de dormir dans la ferme Agricole (Souza) minimum 3 jours par semaines
– Etre minitieux et avoir le sens du détail
– Avoir de l’expérience dans le domaine agricole ou commerciale
– Comprendre la valeur des objectifs d’une structure

– Rigoureux et organisé
– Avoir un esprit analytique et synthétique
– Etre capable de travailler sous pression
– Etre capable de communiquer, négocier et prendre des initiatives

Le Programme des Nations Unies pour le développement (PNUD) met actuellement en œuvre un projet RECRUTEMENT DES CONSULTANTS CHARGÉS DE L’ELABORATION DU PLAN AGRO-INDUSTRIEL DU CAMEROUN qui requiert les services d’une personne pour effectuer le travail décrit dans le présent document.
