Mission générale

Instruire et faire aboutir les dossiers Sinistres dans l’intérêt du client et de celui de Willis Towers Watson Cameroun.
Défendre les intérêts des clients et la position de WTW Cameroun auprès des acteurs du marché (assureurs, experts, avocats etc.) en contribuant à l’optimisation des relations avec ceux-ci


Communiquer, informer (Fournir des informations en temps réel à tous les acteurs concernés (clients, chargés de clientèle, responsable hiérarchique, techniciens, assureurs) et se tenir informer.
Tâches et Responsabilités associées au poste

Dans le cadre de la mission 1

Notifier et suivre les déclarations de sinistres.
Assumer la gestion des sinistres relevant d’un client donné et impliquer la hiérarchie et/ou le réseau selon la complexité.
Assister le client lors de la survenance d’un sinistre. (lui dispenser les conseils nécessaires à la défense de ses intérêts et, le cas échéant, l’assister dans le cadre des réunions ou des opérations d’expertise selon dossier).
Faire aboutir rapidement  par une gestion dynamique, le règlement des sinistres, sauf exception motivée par la stratégie.
Mettre en œuvre, en tenant compte des objectifs de productivité et de rentabilité de Willis Towers Watson, l’ensemble des moyens permettant d’aboutir à la résolution des problèmes.
Suivre et relancer tous les dossiers sinistres pour pouvoir rester garant de l’aboutissement des actions.
Garantir la cohérence du service rendu à chaque client.
Mettre en application les procédures spécifiques de gestion définies pour certaines catégories de clients.


Mettre à jour en temps réel les outils de gestion et de règlement des sinistres, (TURBO, et autres).
Dans le cadre de la mission 2 :

Nouer et suivre des relations avec tous les acteurs de la gestion des Sinistres.
Signifier toutes les positions au client sur les modalités d’application des garanties.
Mettre en œuvre en toute circonstance ses savoirs, savoir-faire et savoir être dans l’instruction des dossiers sinistre.
Prendre sous la supervision de sa hiérarchie, toute initiative, mesure et décider de toute action visant à privilégier les intérêts du client
Diligenter toute expertise et solliciter l’avis de tout sachant en respect des procédures en vigueur
 Faire circuler au sein du Département et/ou de Willis Towers Watson Cameroun ses connaissances pour permettre à l’Entreprise d’asseoir son impact sur le marché.
Dans le cadre de la mission 3 :

Informer le Chargé de Clientèle et/ou le technicien production, des sinistres sensibles et/ou des dérives constatées.
Préparer le bilan périodique des sinistres du client en vue des renouvellements et des différentes réunions prévues avec ce dernier en cours d’exercice.


Tenir constamment à jour les différentes statistiques et délivrer aux acteurs le plus rapidement possibles dans le format convenu à cet effet.
Communiquer à l’Equipe Commerciale toutes informations utiles recueillies à l’occasion des contacts avec le client lors de la négociation des modalités de règlement de  sinistres.
Se tenir informé des évolutions tant juridiques que techniques qui peuvent affecter la profession.
Mettre en place des outils permettant dans le cadre de la statistique, de faire ressortir les vecteurs de sinistre et ainsi d’autoriser la mise en  place des moyens de prévention ou d’adaptation des couvertures permettant de satisfaire les besoins propres des clients.
Les exigences

Minimum 2 années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
Niveau BTS ou équivalent
Bonne connaissance de l’Informatique, maîtrise des logiciels Excel, Word
Un grand souci du détail.
Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, de présentation et d’organisation.
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
Capacité à mener à bien les projets qui lui sont confiés.

JOB PURPOSE
The post holder should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget
preparations. Our ideal candidate should demonstrate interest in


managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations,


accounts payable and accounts receivable. The post holder should
also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-
sensitive tasks. Ultimately, the post holder will be responsible for the
day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
 Act as main contact point between P.I’s and the CRID administration.
 Update risk register as need be and submit to Finance Manager on or before the 5th of
every month
 Strict follow-up of all project expenses and ensure budget adherence
 Produce all request forms and ensure that these forms are signed by the appropriate
authorities and forward to the cashier.
 Present all request forms to the cashier for consolidation and keep a copy.
 Produce monthly reports and present to P.I’s, the Finance manager and highlight areas
that need attention on or before the 10th of every month.
 All reporting information needs to be backed up by supporting documents from the
financial software.
 Produce quarterly, six-monthly, annual and any other reports required by funders at
least one week to the due date and share with the P.I and Finance Manager for
validation and signature by the H.A.F
 Monitoring and Evaluation of the budget needs to be carried out.
 Prepare all invoices and receipt and forward to Finance manager for validation and
signature.
 Ensure strict follow-up of CRID policies
 Track bank deposits and payments

 Ensure all request forms have unique numbers and are records kept
 Weekly enquiry from P.I’S about weekly needs and request for them
 Keep copies of all receipts and justifications.
 Carry out budgeting
 Participate in weekly meetings
 Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience of preparing financial reports
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
Experience of working in a finance environment and in confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of working with QuickBooks/or Sage Accounting systems will be critical.
Experience of dealing with grants
Ability of meeting deadlines

Cameroon is hosting over 353,000 refugees from Central African Republic (CAR), 94 per cent of which live in the country’s eastern regions of East and Adamawa. To these refugees should ‘e added internally displaced person (IDPs) from other regions in humanitarian crisis such as Far-North, SouthWest and NorthM/est.

In this situation, access to livelihoods, food, WASH services and education rem-ins limited for them and host communities. Additionally, refugees and host community members are experiencing in various degrees increasing food insecurity, malnutrition, loss of livelihoods, exposure to human rights violations, family separation, protection risks, and general strain on resources and Infrastructure. As the number of refugees continues to exert significant pressure on natural resources and basic social services in the host areas, this often leads to conflicts between the refugees and host populations over the use of scarce resources, including land. Hence increasing humanitarian needs of both the host and the refugee populations; while the host communities is already suffering from high food insecurity, malnutrition, and poverty rates. 

The Social and Behavior Change Officer will be based in Bertoua and covering both East and Adamawa regions. S/he will report to the Chief of Field Office Bertoua for close supervision, and the SBC Specialist for technical guidance. The SBC Officer will be responsible for the design, management, monitoring and evaluation of evidence-based, inclusive and innovative SBC strategies in support of the country programme.

How can you make a difference? 

The Social and Behavior Change Officer will report to the Chief of Field Office Bertoua for close supervision, and the SBC Specialist for technical guidance and shall be responsible for following key strategic functions, accountabilities and related duties/ tasks.

1. Support the generation and utilization of research, data, and evidence to inform the design, measurement, and monitoring of SBC programs and outcomes in both development and emergency contexts and to build the evidence base for SBC.

2. Support the design, plan and implement SBC activities that are backed by social and behavioural evidence and strong engagement and participation mechanisms in both development and humanitarian contexts.

3. Support the operationalization of SBC by advocating for SBC, mobilizing resources, coordinating across stakeholders, sectors and teams, and partnership building.

  • Education: A university degree (bachelor’s or higher) in a social and behavioral science, including sociology, anthropology, communication studies/communication for development, psychology and/or related field is required.

Main objective
and tasks
Support the Programme Coordinator and Head of Mission in the management and
implementation of MEAL processes, activities, and tools in the Mission throughout the


project cycle and in line with MEAL plans, to ensure the quality and relevance of the
intervention.
Work closely with the Head of Mission and Protection Coordinator to ensure
accountability and complaint management at the Mission, as well as to foster a culture
of learning and knowledge management together with the Programme Coordinator.
Tasks:
Monitoring and evaluation
● Develop and review in collaboration with the Head of Mission, the mission’s MEAL
strategy, in line with INTERSOS standards.
● Assist the Head of Mission in integrating the MEAL component into the country
strategy, including programmatic results, indicators, and recommendations for
strategic directions.
● Provide technical and methodological support to programmes for the
implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities, data management


(development of questionnaires for surveys, sampling, data entry methodology,
extraction of relevant data and interpretation) and integration of cross-cutting issues.
● Provide relevant inputs to the development of indicators and means of measurement
in the design and planning phases of the project proposal (logical framework,
definition of indicators, MEAL, and accountability plans) ensuring that the MEAL
is an integral part of the project life cycle and that resources are included in the
development of the proposal.
● Participate in the development, updating and implementation of participatory
evaluation and monitoring tools and processes. Facilitate the collection of accurate
data and effective reporting of monitoring information in accordance with agreed
objectives, ensuring accountability to donors, groups, and beneficiaries.
● Follow up with the MEAL Officers on the timely implementation of surveys (PDM
and other surveys/exercises, etc.) in the field, in accordance with MEAL plans.


● Propose evidence-based adjustments or new activities to improve the quality of
operations or approaches used by teams in consultation with concerned coordinators.
● provide the data necessary for compilation of the Project Performance Tools (PATs)
to the project Managers/Project Activity Managers on a monthly basis.
● Contribute to the development of terms of reference for evaluations and external
studies, and lead MEAL teams in conducting internal evaluation exercises, as
required and in collaboration with program teams.
● Promote all aspects of the MEAL sector to support the creation of an organizational
culture, promote quality programming, and ensure that the MEAL system is


understood and supported at the mission level. Respect and promote INTERSOS
policies and report to the Head of Mission any non-compliance with policies within
teams or partners.
● Train MEAL staff in the proper use of monitoring tools and support them in data
analysis.
● Participate in regular meetings with the program team to monitor program
implementation and adapt MEAL activities accordingly.
● Conduct regular technical field support visits to project sites to assist MEAL Officers
and project teams in monitoring ongoing programmes.
● Ensure that software and hardware versions of MEAL tools and files are properly
archived, secure, and easily accessible, in accordance with mission and at large
INTERSOS’ MEAL standard and procedures.
● Support MEAL Officers in formulating recommendations to improve activities and
on the follow-up of recommendations.
● Develop learning tools and promote workshops and learning exercises with MEAL
and programs teams with the support of the MEAL Advisor at the HQ.
Data Management
● Review and approve the project database produced by the MEAL Officers at the
beginning of each project.
● Support the programme team in the development of data collection tools, as required,
as well as in the collection of data and systematic analysis for projects.


● Develop and improve dashboards at the request of the head of Mission and
Programme Team.
● Ensure regular updating of indicators in the project database and report on project
indicators to clusters and other relevant stakeholders as appropriate in agreement
with the Head of Mission.
Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism (CFRM)
● In collaboration with the Head of Mission and Protection Coordinator, ensure the
strengthening and development of quality MEAL activities and effective and
sustainable accountability mechanisms, including a complaint and feedback
mechanism for beneficiaries, stakeholders, and donors.
● In coordination with the Head of Mission and the Internal Auditor at HQ, develop,


refine, monitor, systematically analyze and provide feedback on the Mission’s
Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism (CFRM).
● Ensure cross-cutting themes (gender, vulnerable groups, data protection, etc.) across
MEAL’s activities and that community engagement is done in an appropriate and
respectful manner, managing expectations, and providing transparent and clientfocused service.
● In collaboration with other MEAL staff, ensure that staff receive regular AAP and
CFRM training available.
● Assist in the investigation of complaints by producing all relevant investigation
documents, as required.
Reporting
● Provide regular reports on the progress of MEAL activities. Prepare and submit
quality reports ensuring that they are highly accurate, complete, and well
documented.
● Support and review reports prepared by MEAL Officers by making
recommendations to improve activities, and follow-up on recommendations.
● Provide written reports to the Programme Coordinator, Head of Mission and
concerned staff on field visits.
● Support the Programme Coordinator and the technical coordinators in the production
of high-quality analytical reports to illustrate the impact of INTERSOS, including
evidence of good practice and replicable programmes, and ensure that they are
communicated appropriately.
Personnel Management
● Plan and supervise, in close coordination with the HR department, the associated
processes (recruitment, training/onboarding, assessment, potential detection,
development and communication) of the staff under his/her responsibility to ensure
both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required and to improve the capabilities
of the staff.
● Hold weekly meetings with, manage, monitor, and support MEAL staff.
● Identify the training needs of staff under his/her direct direction. Promote the use of
learning systems and events in coordination with different departments and SMTs.
● Train MEAL program officers or other program staff on the MEAL program’s
system, activities, and tools. Train the program team on MEAL activities, if
necessary.
● Ensure monthly planning of the MEAL team and report on progress to the
Programme Coordinator and Head of Mission.

JOB TITLE : Therapeutic Study Monitor (TSM)

JOB LOCATION : Yaoundé and Garoua
Job purpose: We are seeking a Therapeutic Study Monitor (TSM) as part of a five-year USAID-funded
Systems to End the Malaria Burden through Meaningful Engagement-II (SEMBE II) Project in

Cameroon. The project seeks to strengthen the capacity of the Cameroonian government and local


stakeholders to positively respond to malaria prevention, control, and elimination priorities.
The TSM will be involved on the implementation of a therapeutic efficacy study (TES) of Artemisinin-
based combination therapy (ACT) for malaria treatment in the north region (Cameroon). The TSM
will work under the authority of the Head of department of Parasitology and Microbiology, acting also
as Study Director of the SEMBE II project at CRID.
Primary Responsibilities:
Specifically, the Therapeutic Study Monitor would undertake the following activities:
 Write the protocol of the study and submit it to the National ethical committee and the
Direction of operational research for health (DROS) of the MoH to obtain the ethical
clearance and the administrative authorization, respectively;
 Conduct controlled studies to assess the effectiveness of antimalarial drugs;
 Verify the origin and quality of the drugs administered to patients;
 Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance at every stage of the study process;
 Ensure the continuous follow-up of the study in the participating health facilities


 Ensure the recruitment and the training of the nurses who will be involved in the TES;
 Evaluate patients’ clinical and parasitological responses to treatment for uncomplicated
malaria;
 Ensure that the inclusion of participants to the study in accordance with procedures and
criteria described in the protocol;
 Ensure adherence to procedure and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) throughout the study ;
 Verify signatures of informed consents, compliance with inclusion and exclusion criteria;
 Ensure the reliability and completeness of the data collected on the monitoring sheets
reports by nurses;
 Identify obstacles and malfunctions in the implementation of the study and propose
corrective actions;

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS QUALITIES NEEDED:
 Medical doctor with good experience on epidemiological studies;

 Prior experience in clinical research or monitoring roles is advantageous;

Résumé du poste
Le/la chef/fe de projet protection de l’enfant sera chargé/e de la mise en œuvre globale des activités de
protection de l’enfance dans sa zone d’intervention (Département de Mokolo et Commune de Méri).
Sous la supervision du Président national de ARDHU, il/elle veille à ce que les buts et objectifs du projet
soient atteints de manière opportune et efficace. Il/elle est chargé(e) d’assurer l’expertise en matière de
protection de l’enfance, de renforcer les capacités techniques des équipes et acteurs locaux, de gérer les
ressources humaines de son équipe, d’assurer la gestion budgétaire et administrative du projet et de
fournir des rapports.

FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS SPÉCIFIQUES
Sous la supervision directe du/de la Coordonnateur/trice de la protection de l’enfance, le/la Chef/fe de
projet est chargé/e des tâches suivantes :
– Mettre en œuvre des activités de protection de l’enfance dans les zones d’intervention ;
– Soutenir la conception et la mise en œuvre de plans de travail détaillés pour les activités de
protection de l’enfance.
– Assurer la planification et le développement du programme en l’adaptant aux dynamiques
contextuelles observées
– Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le/la Coordonnatrice de la protection de l’enfance pour
comprendre les objectifs du projet, répondre aux attentes et déterminer les besoins opérationnels
;
– Analyser les tendances de la composante CP et suggérer des ajustements de stratégies pour
répondre aux besoins.
Gestion du programme et rapports
– Fournir une expertise technique au programme de protection de l’enfance ;
– Assurer la mise en œuvre des activités conformément aux normes minimales de protection de
l’enfance et aux procédures opérationnelles standard (POS) applicables dans l’Extrême-Nord du
Cameroun ;
– Fournir un appui technique aux travailleurs sociaux dans la gestion des cas, la gestion des
espaces amis d’enfants, l’appui psychosocial, l’appui aux mécanismes communautaires, la
parentalité positive, le suivi des violations des droits de l’enfants, les activités d’autonomisation
des jeunes, le processus d’établissement des actes de naissance, etc ;
– Assurer la prévention auprès des mécanismes communautaires de protection de l’enfance
(comités de protection, clubs d’adolescents, RECOPE, etc 😉
– Participer à la collecte des informations sur les naissances qui ont lieu en dehors des centres de
santé pour leur enregistrement dans les centres d’état civil ;
– S’assurer que les outils de collecte de données sont bien renseignés et que les données sont
partagées à temps avec l’équipe de suivi et d’évaluation ;
– Rédiger et partager les rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels et annuels requis
conformément aux formats partagés par le bailleur de fonds ;
– Rédiger et partager les rapports d’activités, les comptes rendus des réunions de coordination
avec les autres partenaires ;
Représentation et coordination
– Assurer la coordination sur le terrain avec les partenaires gouvernementaux, les ONG et OSC
afin de garantir une bonne coordination des activités de la protection de l’enfant.
– Travailler avec les partenaires et les membres de la communauté pour suivre/renforcer les
activités de protection de l’enfance.
– Entretenir des relations de travail positives avec tous les partenaires
– Promouvoir et gérer des relations positives avec les autorités administratives locales, les autres
prestataires de services et les bénéficiaires,
– Représenter le programme de protection de l’enfance lors des réunions de coordination;
– Participer et organiser des réunions rassemblant les leaders communautaires et religieux qui
s’occupent des questions de protection de l’enfance ;
– Entretenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les partenaires, les parties prenantes et les autorités
locales compétentes ;
– Participer aux réunions du sous-groupe de travail sur la protection de l’enfance ;
– Maintenir une coordination et des relations positives avec les autorités locales et
administratives, les partenaires et les autres membres du personnel des secteurs Nutrition et
WASH pour la mise en œuvre de l’approche intégrée.
Gestion des ressources humaines
– Superviser les travailleurs sociaux dans leurs activités quotidiennes, examiner les plans de
travail hebdomadaires et mensuels et adapter leurs tâches si nécessaire ;
– Renforcer les capacités des travailleurs sociaux, des mobilisateurs communautaires et des autres
acteurs locaux et nationaux ;
– Assister le chargé des ressources humaines dans le processus de recrutement ;
– Superviser et diriger l’équipe sous sa supervision ;
– Procéder à l’évaluation du personnel sous sa supervision ;
– Assurer le suivi efficace du remplissage des feuilles de temps du personnel sous sa

Achats et gestion financière
– Évaluer les besoins financiers et préparer les TdR des activités sous sa responsabilité
conformément au plan de travail et au budget alloué à son domaine d’intervention.
– Émettre et suivre les demandes d’achats et de services sous sa responsabilité budgétaire, assurer
une mise à jour hebdomadaire et mensuelle des dépenses.
Suivi et rapports :
– Systèmes de suivi et d’évaluation pour démontrer les résultats et informer l’adaptation continue
du programme.
– Soumettre au Coordonnateur des statistiques hebdomadaires, mensuelles et trimestrielles ainsi
qu’un rapport narratif.
FORMATION, EXPÉRIENCE ET COMPÉTENCES
Formation :
Master en sciences sociales, droit, sociologie, genre, santé publique, développement international ou
autre domaine d’étude pertinent, ou expérience équivalente.
Expériences :
– Trois ans d’expérience dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de programmes de protection de
l’enfance dans les contextes d’urgence ;
– Expérience de travail avec des ONG nationales ou internationales œuvrant dans la protection de
l’enfant au Cameroun ;
– Expérience dans le suivi et rapportage des violations des droits de l’enfant ;
– Expérience du travail dans un environnement multiculturel et multiethnique ;
– Expérience de la réponse aux situations d’urgence au Cameroun est un plus ;
– Un minimum de connaissances en matière de droits de l’homme serait un plus ;
– Résider dans la région de l’Extrême-Nord est un plus.

As the Clinical Psychologist, you will be in charge of supporting clients and staff in preventing, assessing, and treating and monitoring mental health concerns. 1.     BACKGROUND

Danish Refugee Council (DRC) – is a leading, international humanitarian displacement organization, supporting refugees and internally displaced persons in 40 countries. We provide protection and life-saving humanitarian assistance. DRC was founded in Denmark in 1956, employs 9,000 staff and is supported by 7,500 volunteers in Denmark. All of DRC’s work is based on humanitarian and human rights principles, in accordance with NGO code of conduct in disaster relief operations.

DRC has as mission to assist refugees and the displaced, protecting them from harm, safeguarding their legal rights, and empowering them towards a better future. The protection and assistance approach to conflict-affected populations is provided in a long-term and rights-based to ensure a coherent and effective response to the challenges of today’s conflicts.

DRC is present in seven West African countries and currently in the South West, Adamawa and East Regions of Cameroon. DRC’s current interventions in the South West Region are concentrated in Fako and Meme Divisions in a range of activities with a focus on providing humanitarian assistance and creation and promotion of protective environment for displacement affected communities.

DRC is desirous about creating a pool of persons with high skills in conducting community level surveys, specifically data collection. The development of this technical resource is aimed at having a pool of enumerators who will offer expertise in data collection that DRC can draw upon as and when the need arises. With that background, DRC now invites qualified enumerators with experience in provision of the above stated service and capacity to express interest.

2.     PURPOSE

The primary objective of this notice is to get a qualified enumerators list to undertake comprehensive assessments and routine data collection activities that are being implemented by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) in Meme Division of the South West Region.

The enumerators will work closely with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Team on specific data collection initiatives and will be employed for the duration of the study/surveys on a contractual basis.

3.     MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THE ENUMERATORS

a.     Participate in all technical orientation sessions organized by DRC particularly on data collection tools;

b.     Collect data in accordance with the expectations of the activities concerned (volume of work is based on assessment design);

c.      Participate in briefing and debriefing sessions at the beginning and end of each working day;

d.     Review survey documents in order to ensure accuracy of data;

e.     Ensure adherence to a laid down Code of Conduct for Enumerators;

f.       Transmit the data collected at the end of the day on the KoBo toolbox platform or deposit the survey sheets with the direct supervisor;

g.     Complete all planned tasks in required time frame evidenced by submission of completed tasks to the supervisor/team leader.

4.     DESIRABLE QUALITIES

ü  Ability to speak, read and write English language.

ü  Ability to express themselves in at least one of the languages ​​spoken in the South West Regions, particularly pidgin English;

ü  Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent diploma;

PROFIL
Nous recherchons des candidat/es ayant la volonté de participer au développement et à la réussite de notre station. L’esprit d’équipe est important pour réussir dans ce poste.
 
De formation agricole ou horticole, vous faites preuve d’organisation et savez mener une équipe.
 
Une connaissance technique en maraichage, horticulture ou pépinière vous aidera dans la réussite de vos missions.
 
Vous êtes ponctuel/le, rigoureux/se, autonome et aimez travailler en extérieur.
