– CONCIERGE/CARETAKER for a High Standing Residence
Candidate profile
– BAC +02 Technical or in Management
– 01 to 03 years of professional experience at most.
Skills required
– Visiting vacant properties
– Effective marketing of premises for rent
– Notify the police in the event of infiltration
– Carrying out minor maintenance work and guiding any contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.)
– Ensure compliance with the internal rules governing the operation of the residence
– Produce daily and weekly reports
-Report any anomalies observed

– Fluency in French and English
