JOB PURPOSE
The Service Supervisor operations - Branch operations will supervise all branches operation 
activities.

ECOBANK CAMEROUN S.A. is recruiting 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Ensure processing, distribution and destruction of check books not collected by customers after 
a period of 3 months.
Ensure processing, distribution and destruction of cards and PINS
Provision of regular trainings to existing branch staff and induction programs to new hirers.
Consolidate and review daily/monthly cash reports to ensure optimal cash management in 
branches and advise accordingly.
Ensure adequate staffing at the branches ( Tellers/CSM)
Ensure proper records are kept for unpaid values for onward transmission to clients
Ensure international transfer documents are regularly transmitted to cash management and 
other transactions transferred to the archives as per procedure in force
Follow up and ensure the SLA for the treatment of transfers at branch level (CSR Maker, BR 
Authorizer and FT Exception) are strictly respected
Prepare branch operations daily/weekly/monthly reports
Verify and validate transactions processed in the service and ensure the branches release the system for EOD runs as defined.

Act as back up of Head Retail Operations
Perform other functions as advised by hierarchy
JOB PROFILE

Experience & Qualifications

05 years minimum in core banking operations
Skills & Capacities
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Extensive knowledge in banking processes and accounting standards.

Quality oriented
Ability to efficiently prioritize the tasks to perform
Good level of security sense and fraud awareness
Attention to details
