MAIN TASKS
Proactively proceed to the approval of new prospect in Salesforce and customers’ creation in our ERP, ABC customers page must be clean each day.
Draw & Reading of the maps and training of the sales team for an optimal appropriation and use of them.
Ensure that our ERP tools are used 100% by those who are supposed to use. That is, from sale to liquidation at the end of each day
Structure the zones, routes, and modules with their respective field validations.
Ensure each morning that our sells tools work well for all salesmen of the CEDIS.
Knowledge of Salesforce: Operation; Export and Interpretation of reports.
Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate Salesmen for effectively engagement with perfect quality job. Ability to develop training programmes for them in case of need.
Training and reinforcement of the use of the ERP for the sales force.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues of the others departments.
Report regularly on the functioning of CEDIS during the morning clocking and also via email.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
