POSITION DESCRIPTION: OUTPUT
MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities
 Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market;
 Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring
that the sales team meets their quotas and goals;
 Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer
requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve
the company’s marketing goals;
 Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
 Implementing new sales plans and advertising;
 Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet
sales and marketing human resource objectives;
 Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their
needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities;
 Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and
workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Marketing / communication management
 Creation, animation of contain for all internal and external commercial communication
channels;
 Design of communications / marketing / sales action plans in connection with strategic
projects;
 Taking and developing briefs within commercial project;
 Design of multi-channel media aimed at informing or relaying promotional information
Digital communication management;
 Manage contains and Analyse of the traffic flow on the different digital platforms;
 Deploy e-advertising campaigns and Write editorial content for emailing newsletters
Business management;
 Develop and entertain our customer’s network and our commercial portfolio.

JOB EVALUATION CRITERIA: INTPUT
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
FORMAL
EDUCATION
 Must have a Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing as minimum;
 A post graduate degree or diploma advantageous;
 Business report writing; Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques and Commercial and transversal;
facilitation skills;
 Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Suite Office software;
 IT skills in Digital Marketing;
 Knowledge of market research, competitive intelligence,
communication;
 Mastery of B2B, B2C, B2G prospecting techniques.

EXPERIENCE

Must have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience;
 Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage;
 SME Sales or Corporate Sales Experience.
