HR Assistant (M/F)
NEXAH SARL is a company specialized in the development of mobile solutions for the African market. In order to strengthen of its team, NEXAH is currently recruiting 01 HR Assistant.
Missions
Under the responsibility of his/her Manager, the HR Assistant will be responsible for:
✓ Ensure the administrative management of staff(NSIF follow-up, payroll management, contracts, etc.)
✓ Manage relationships with partners
✓ Ensure internal communication by being the bridgebetween executive management and employees
✓ Ensure the development of human resources (evaluation, training, motivation)
✓ Participate in the building of the company culture
✓ Ensure that staff have the necessary resources to carry out their tasks
✓ Effectively manage the recruitment of staff according to the company’s rules
✓ Ensure training and development of employees
✓ Ensure that staff files are up to date
✓ Ensure compliance with basic health and safety rules
Job profile:
✓ At least 3 years of higher education in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
✓ At least 1 year of professional experience in the field
✓ Have good skills in human resources management
✓ Have a good knowledge of the regulations (laws, orders, decrees) in force in Cameroon on laborconditions
✓ Have a good knowledge of the use of computer tools and the Pack Office
Personal qualities
✓ Be passionate about new technologies and/or digital;
✓ Be of good character, rigorous and have good organisational skills;
✓ Have a good command of French and/or English;
✓ Be able to adapt to change;
✓ Ability to work under pressure;
✓ Ability to maintain confidentiality both internally and externally;
✓ Be proactive, curious, dynamic, perceptive, friendly;
✓ Have a sense of discipline and responsibility
