is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients, MULTINATIONAL IN
THE BANKING SECTOR:
➢ A DIGITAL MARKETING & MARKET ANALYTICS OFFICER (Ref. MKG0122)
Position based in Douala
Your main missions will be:
• Plan all marketing and sales promotion campaigns.
• Collect market information, analyze metrics, identify trends and evaluating emerging technologies.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
• Plan, upload, and update content on a timely basis.
• Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts.
• Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns.
• Prepare all customer communications in liaison with the communication officer to ensure con- sistency with brand.
• Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Provide technical support to relevant teams on efficient social media partner sourcing.
• Conduct internal and external data analysis to better guide on the enterprise customer experience, and global marketing efforts.
• Establish innovative strategies to solve complex marketing problems: reach valuable data driven in- sights, through the discovery of patterns and trends; testing and evaluating various marketing mix models; formulating and designing data pipelines to monitor key metrics for the marketing teams
• Work very closely with the Business Units, Brand, Marketing & Communication Teams at the regional & Group levels.
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor marketing and publicity campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms and timely capture of salient social media information.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing and promotion campaign’s overall performance.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with Business teams across the bank to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• • SEO and SEM –responsible for boasting website and content to increase reach and views.
• • Optimize website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM) to help drive relevant traffic to their website.
• Convert website visits into online onboards via easy online experience and introduction of special deals to get clients to download the enterprise Mobile Apps, online onboards.
• Social Networking –responsible for managing the online presence and brand. Use the Social network- ing tools such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+ to engage with customers in real time and be re- sponsible for this online communication.
Profile :
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, Business, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing analytics/marketing/consulting or advertis- ing position.
• Previous experience in developing brand, corporate communication, and marketing strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Solid understanding of website analytics tools e.g. google analytics;
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe is an advantage
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Marketing domain expertise: Hands-on experience from tactical marketing analytics.
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
• Strong technical competence to perform advanced analytics: Coding skills (such as python, java,c), experience performing analysis with large datasets, analytics tools experience (SPSS, R, excel, SQL, HIVE, hadoop), experience from 3rd party marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Marketing Cloud).
• Experience with hands-on statistical modeling (such as regression modeling, a/b testing, significance testing etc), knowledge about machine learning (such as predictive modeling, decision trees, classi- fication models, clustering techniques), knowledge about statistical research methods (such as con- joint survey models, segmentation survey methods).
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time and have incredible attention to detail.
• Full understanding of all social media platforms.
• Problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of content management systems.
