BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA is recruiting for one of its clients of the Telecommunications sector: 
 
THREE FIELD OPERATIONS ENGINEER (Ref. FOE0121)
2 positions based in Douala and 1 in Gabon - Libreville

Reporting to the Field Operations Supervisor, your main missions will be :
 
·         Successfully carry out Operational and Maintenance activities at all sites.
 
·         Interface with Customers and internal departments on all operations related issues.
 
·         Interface with 3rd parties to represent the Company.
 
·         Train assigned interns, newly recruited Engineers and induct all new employees.
 
·         Generate Procedures and Diagrams.
 
·         Perform other related tasks as request by the Senior Field Engineer
 
·         Beware of and comply with company Policies and code of conduct.
 
·         Constantly improve customer experience be delivering brilliant and timely services.
 
·         Prioritize reporting and feedback when diligently conduct procedures.
 
·         Efficient conversance with all test equipment used in Operations.
 
·         Perform Preventive Maintenance as scheduled.
 
·         Timely respond to all CSD issued Fault Tickets and equally complete resolution timely.
 
·         Effectively resolve faults within the expected Service Levels.
 
·         To complete all expense report after all assignment. 
 
·         Ensure proper reporting and filing for future reference and continuity. 
 
·         Complete time sheets, project and expense reports within define timelines.
 
 
 
Profile : 
 
·         A B.Eng or HND in Electrical /Electronic Engineering or its Equivalent.
 
·         Advanced understanding of TCP/IP network protocols, routing methodologies.
 
·         Mastery of VSAT and Microwave systems.
 
·         A Self-starter capable or working with minimum supervision.
 
·         A positive attitude.
 
·         Consciousness and ability to take responsibility.
 
·         A team player with excellent communication skills.
