Town : Douala
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Directly AND Physically outreaching to customers and prospects
- Prospecting on social media,
- Drafting COMMERCIAL emails AND CONTENT OR DOCUMENTATION
- Direct MARKETING – Using SMS AND CALLS
- Organizing EVENTS – presentations, Trade fairs, marketing campaigns
- Developing DIGITAL marketing strategies
- Contacting customers and prospects to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning, implementing and overseeing new marketing initiative
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. And turning prospects into customers
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings and translation events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Perform a SWOT analysis on our competitors and others every two months
- Supply management with weekly and monthly reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuous improvement through feedback
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Proficient in both English and French,
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, self-driven, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Experience : one year or six months
- Number of vacancy : one
- Entry age : 20- 30
PERSONAL QUALITIES/ SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bilingual ENGLISH AND FRENCH FLUENCY is a must
- Should be versatile to work with various languages and clients simultaneously
- Should be able to juggle multiple and high demanding tasks
- Entry qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Professional Experience Required: sales, marketing, customer and market segmentation and prospection, maketing analytics or related field
