Job Title: Middle IT Analyst – F/M Department: Business Number of Availabilities: 1

Starting Date: November 1st 2021

Location: Douala / Cameroon

Contract: Permanent Salary: To be defined and depends on the profile

Tasks:

Formalization of Projects and Digital Solutions (Web/Mobile Applications)

Study, Analysis and Functional Documentation of Digital Projects and Solutions

Preparation and Writing of General Functional Specifications (SFG) and Detailed (SFD)

UML Design and Realization of Use Case Diagrams Conception of models and UX/UI

Design Conception of MCD/MLD data models

Conception of Front/Back/Database data mapping

Conducting of workshops with developers for the

Technical Design of Solutions Functional assistance to developers for the Technical Design of Solutions Ticketing, Tracking and Updating

Tasks in JIRA Monitoring the delivery of Solutions Conception of test cases and Execution of tests Realization of User tests and Recipe of Solutions Diagnosis of Defects and Correction with the developers

Validation of delivered Solutions

Conception of Solutions

Presentation documents

Writing User guides for Solutions Functional assistance to Marketing for the Conception of Solutions sales brochures

Reporting of all functional work to the Project Manager or Director

Profile and required skills:

Bac+4 minimum in Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology 3 years minimum experience exclusively in IT

Analysis or Functional Conception of Web/Mobile Applications Very good knowledge of IT environments such as: WINDOWS, UNIX/LINUX, MACOS, Web/Mobile, Front-end/Back-end, DataBases, SQL, JIRA, BITBUCKET

Very good technical skills on IT Tools and software such as: MS WORD/EXCEL/POWERPOINT and others Design Software UX/UI/UML/MCD/MLD (FIGMA, …)

Excellent linguistic skills in both French and

English (Speaking/Writing) Rigor, Organization,

Autonomy, Excellent interpersonal skills,Ambition.
