Administrative and Office Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Administrative and Office Intern Reporting to: Finance and HR Officer Location: Douala

Tranzak Cameroon is a FinTech start-up, providing top-notch solutions to individuals, small businesses and merchants.
Job Purpose: To act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, assist in daily office needs, and undertake a range of other administrative tasks as identified.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, binding, scanning etc.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication:
planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating
needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience Requirements
• Reporting Skills
• Administrative Writing Skills and verbal communication
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Managing Processes, Time management, Organization and analyzing information
• Professionalism, problem solving, attention to details and inventory control
• Minimum HND
• Less than 3 years of administrative assistant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Must be very bilingual.
