Insights Coordinator Trainee
A PROPOS DE VOUS
The Insights Coordinator Trainee is working in Cameroon, reporting to the Central Africa Marketing Manager. He/She will have four main missions:
- Combining analysis, diagnosis, insightful thinking, judgement, and clear recommendations to drive growth for existing brands and key initiatives
- Support the generation and implementation of consumer and shopper insight to facilitate Consumer Marketing initiatives
- Coordinate both Quantitative and Qualitative market studies
- Lead projects
YOUR MISSION
- To drive the Consumer planning/Insights agenda across the business, overseeing all research activity
- To support the unearthing of deep consumer understanding and insight that drives the development of brand strategy, positioning, activity and implementation.
- To Support the development of consumer-based marketing effectiveness evaluation-Post activations Ensuring the ELN policies are respected.
- Understand our consumers and shoppers to inform our strategy and drive growth.
- Work across various brands, geographies across Central Africa supporting the Research agenda as well as being a key player in cross- functional teams and disciplines.
- Develop and manage relationships with Business Manager’s under the supervision of the marketing head, Sales and Marketing and externally (3rd part suppliers of services and Agencies)
PROFILE
- Education: University Degree (Bachelor, Master) in a business-related field (Marketing, Commercial, etc.)
- Work Experience: A minimum of one year’s experience in marketing research or data analysis would be an added advantage.
- Aptitudes: Sales competencies, communication skills, ability to work in autonomy and within a team, organizational skills, strong IT, statistic, numerical and analytical skills, Excel mastery would be an added advantage
- Language Skills: Be bilingual (English and French) would be an advantage.
