Allianz 0 HR Business Partner (Allianz Africa)
Mission Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, this role will be responsible for driving and supporting implementation of Regional HR Strategy and key initiatives in Africa .
In this role the HRBP will be contributing in key processes as : Compensation & Benefits and Talent Acquisition.
Required profile
• Degree in HR or equivalent with 6- 8 years work experience; I
Key Responsibilities
Act as strategic Business
Partner and Advisor for the Entities within its scope;
Support the implementation of Compensation & Benefits governance and initiatives;
Support in the implementation and the regular follow up of Key HR processes;
Act as Talent Acquisition expert Ensure the Recruitment process from the needs identification to the onboarding of the new joiners;
Be the main interface with Group HR Reporting and Analytics; Have a good knowledge of Moroccan Labor code and laws;
• Understanding of the business that is advised as People Operations Manager and engoging in customer relationship manogement
• Work experience in compensation and benefits area
• Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatic, results-oriented
• Good Communication and Presentation skills
• Knowledge of the People value chain and how a People Function works
• Strong communication and influencing skills, great empathy
