Mazars Cameroon is recruiting a dynamic and motivated Communication Officer
based in Cameroon who will support the Firm’s communication and business
development projects and actions.

Job description
Communication Policy

• Develop a communication strategy;
• Ensure a significant watch on the market, competition, client trends, the press
  and advertising;
• Advise Management on the formulation of messages;
• Improve the transmission of information to clients;
• Master information management within the Cabinet so that
  communication becomes a real working tool;
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, suppliers
  and other offices in West and Central Africa in the area of
  communication;
• Build a communication system to manage and streamline
  information within the Firm.
  Promotion of the Firm’s brand
• Analyze the notoriety, the evolution of the clientele as well as the
  consistency between messages, visual identity;
• Update the website and animate it to improve institutional notoriety, the
  dynamism of the network.
  Marketing
  Support the Firm in the writing of all commercial media: brochure, invitation
  cards, video scripts, press articles, magazine, etc.
  Design
• Ensure compliance with the graphic charter and provide the templates for
  offers, etc.
• Design or validate visual supports: brochures,
  videos, signage, etc.
• Advise on the choice of goodies;
• Ensure the harmonization of the employee image bank of employees.
  Qualifications
  Bachelors/Masters in the fields of Communication, Community management /
  Webmaster / Graphic Design with at least 03 years of experience
  • Organized, responsive and inventive
  • Mastery of audience measurement tools: Google Analytics, Google Search …
  • Mastery of the Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 360
  • Good knowledge of social media planning tools: Hootsuite,
  Buffer, Agora pulse.
  • Professional level of English
