You will be responsible for managing all HR needs of the whole office assisting the Director, Human Ressources.
Responsibilities include
Performs administrative activities within the HR department (filing, administrative letters etc.)
Organise all HR events plus ensure availability of office stationary and other office needs
Prepare and follow the annual training and annual leave plan
Ensure relationships with outsourcing companies and manage outsourced staff
Management of medical insurance contract, incorporation of new staff and family members in the health insurance scheme
Follow up all payments for HR suppliers, ensure on obtaining signature for all houses and offices contracts
Ensure the provision of office needs in the regional offices
Be an effective support for the Director, HR
Prepare monthly reportings: outsourced staff, interns, health insurance, invoices
Liaise with CNPS for the incorporation / desincorporation of personel as well as all other related activities (eg; maternity leave, familial allocation etc.)
Performs all other tasks assigned within the HR department.
Qualifications and Experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR Officer role
MUST have strong experience of ▪ Time management ▪ Customer service ▪ Computer appreciation: MS Word, Excel, Power-Point ▪ Organization and coordination.
