Data marketing and customer satisfaction intern
Enko Education is a fast-growing network of African international schools, increasing access to the world’s best universities for learners across Africa. We are looking for a rockstar data marketing and customer satisfaction intern to work within the marketing department of Enko Education to develop our ambitious Parent Relations programme. In particular, we want someone who can treat and analyse data to guide our marketing and retention strategy. We regularly conduct satisfaction surveys with our 3,000 parents. Are you an analytical and curious student who likes to explore data to identify trends and opportunities?
Missions of the role:
- Participate in the implementation, monitoring, analysis and utilisation of parents’ surveys (customer satisfaction surveys).
- Helping schools’ marketing managers to become operational and responsible for their data
- Process and analyse the data collected, present it effectively and make operational recommendations
- Create a database of surveys that can be used by schools (according to their requests)
- Supporting schools in organising parents’ events (e.g. training in digital education tools, online webinars)
- Support the marketing team in various tasks and activities across our 13 schools
Reporting directly to the Communications and Parents Relations Associate, you work closely with the communication and marketing team and with the schools’ Parents Relation officers to make numbers meaningful. You develop a unique strategy of data exploitation and are able to turn an excel table into a real work of art!
The ideal candidate for this offer:
- Have advanced Excel skills
- Full availability from September and for a minimum of 6 months
- Full proficiency in French and English
- Autonomous and self-starter
- Strong planning & analytics skills
- Are extremely rigorous/organised and detail-oriented, you never miss a deadline and leave no stone unturned
- Strong interest in Africa and education
- Business School graduate or future graduate (1st or 2nd year of Master’s degree)
- Strong appetite for digital and all digital tools.
Location and start date
The aim is to start this new role as soon as possible.
Flexibility in the location can be discussed, with a preference for our countries of operation, especially Johannesburg, Abidjan or Ouagadougou.
