Job Requirements
Minimum of a High School Certificate
(Bachelor’s Degree in telecommunication is an added advantage) Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent communication skills (English and/or French)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Basic computer literacy
