JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Tasks:
Performs sales activities on soho accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in conformity with the delegation of authority
Planification and implementation of indirect sales activity to ensure growth and target achievement
Develop the business through partnerships
Manages personnel and develops sales staff.
Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the team.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all products & services in his portfolio
Provides monthly and quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
Coordinates proper team resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Ensures sales policies, practices and procedures are in line with the company’s rules
Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
Collaborates with marketing and senior management to develop sales strategies to improve market share and value share in all product lines.
Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
Collaborates with marketing, solutions engineering and senior management to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
Reviews expenses and recommends economies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Master Degree in telecommunications with a commercial related postgraduate degree or qualification is desirable
Master Degree in Commercial or Marketing
Experience:
At least 5 years in selling to Large Organizations and/or SME/SMIs with minimum of 3 years in a sales position in the IT or telecommunication sector
Min 5 years relevant industry experience with
Min 5 years in enterprise products
Experience in ICT and specifically Cloud solutions sales would be an advantage
Training:
