Our Story 

On an afternoon in January 2016, a group of young African men decided to enhance the beauty experience for black women by making it easier for them to book a hairstylist and get their hair done.

At-home beauty experience by pushing a button.

Fixing the problem women of their community faced in getting their hair done.
Today there are 300k happy women in the world using the service, 5000 afro hairstylists delivering the experience every day in 3 countries.

They soon realized that if those 300K customers were happy, it was only because they had been transforming their experience by building the right tools for their hairstylists.

Why not do it for all afro-beauticians? Why not do it for all merchants and service providers?

This time, with a focus on Africa.

Our current service

NapppyMe is a digital beauty salon dedicated to Afro women, making booking Afro hairdressers and accessing products as easy as booking an uber taxi. We provide over 5000 hairdressers and 300,000 clients through an on-demand platform that offers guaranteed booking and 100% transparency through instant pricing, chat with the hairdressers and high-quality service.

Prospecting (outbound calls)

Building relationships and trust with customers

A daily meeting every morning and a weekly meeting at the beginning of the week + one-to-one evaluation.

Must be fluent in English
