RECRUITMENT NOTICE
OKALLA AHANDA & Associés is recruiting two (02) bilingual (English-French) Senior Auditors.

I. ROLE
Under the supervision of the firm’s Audit Director, their tasks will include :

 Participate in legal and contractual auditing assignments; public accounting; management and organisational consulting;
 Conducttheoperationalandmanagerialauditfunctionswhichareassignedtothem;
 Developauditengagementorientationplansandauditprograms;
 Definetheauditprocedurestobeapplied,inparticularwithregardstosamplingandsettingmateriality
thresholds;
 Performauditworkinaccordancewiththerulesoftheprofessionandinaccordancewiththeapproved
work program;
 Coach, advise, train and review the work of junior staff on assignments to determine whether it is
satisfactory;
 Ensurethatdocumentationandarchivingofworkfilesaremaintainedattheendoftheassignment.

PROFILE

 Be a holder of one of the following certificates: Baccalauréat or GCE (+4 years) in Auditing, Accounting, Finance;
 HavegoodwritingandcommunicationskillsinEnglishandFrench;
 HavegoodskillsofSAGEand/orSUNsoftware;
 Haveatleast4years’experienceinanauditfirmorinternalauditdepartment;
 Experience in NGO auditing would be an advantage.
