Report to: Project Coordinator
KIDSS Responsibilities:

• Insuring petty cash operations
o Carry petty cash expenses;
o Make cash withdrawals in the bank to exclusively replenish the petty cash;
o Keep a cash and bank book;
o Ensure the continuous implementation accounting/administrative/financial procedures on petty cash management;
• Monitor and ensure real-time provision of supplies, including stock tracking
• Other responsibilities
o Periodically assist the Finance Officer in his/her work;
o Draft the various monthly, quarterly and annual reports of his/her activities;
o Perform all other duties related to his/her activities as assigned by hierarchy.

Desirable Background, Experience& Requirements:
Education and Experience
• degree in Finance,strongly preferred. Courses in accounting
• Minimum of twoyear’s finance experience, preferably with an or local NGO, or a financial/banking institution.
• Proficient in Excel and experience with Word.

Personal Skills
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to detect and report inconsistencies
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Ethical conduct in accordance with recognized professional and organizational codes of ethics
• Proactive, resourceful, solutions oriented and results-oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively
