RECRUITMENT HYGIENE SPECIALIST TECHNICAL

MISSIONS

Ensure that hygiene, cleaning and sanitising practices throughout the brewery are optimised to enable exemplary product integrity to be established and entrenched.

ACTIVITIES

1. IDENTIFY CRITICAL HYGIENE PRACTICES IN AN BREWERY ENVIRONMENT

· Identify hygiene practices and risk in wort production

· Identify hygiene practices and risks in yeast and fermentation

· Ensure microbiological in the brewing process

· Identify hygiene practices and risks in maturation and storage

· Identify hygiene practices and risks in packaging

· Identify hygiene practices and risks in draught beer process

· Identify hygiene practices and risks in utilities and waste

2. OPTIMISE BREWERY HYGIENE PRACTICES

· Provide hygiene expertise

· Conduct training and assessment in the workplace

· Optimize cleaning and sanitizing practices and procedures across the brewery

· Develop and control documentation in the workplace

· Implement policies and surveys

3. FACILITATE PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING

· Identify problem or potential problems

· Facilitate problem solving and decesion making

4. WORK IN TEAMS

· Contribute to team and self development

· Communicate effectively in the workplace

REQUIRED SKILLS

Knowledge :

– Academic level: Master’s degree in QSE, Agro-food Industry Engineer

– Additional training and/or qualification: training in hygiene management (Hygienist)

– Professional experience: 05 years of experience in a similar position

Minimum age: 35 years old

Know-How :

– Perfect mastery of the regulations and legislation on hygiene, health, safety and the environment

– Management of professional risks linked to the company’s activities

– Control of working conditions

– Good knowledge of the company’s activity, processes and associated technologies

– Management and motivation of a team

– Good communication and activity reporting skills

– Perfectly bilingual

Know how to be :

– Listening, analysis and synthesis skills

– Sense of observation

– Good sense of work organisation

– Listening and speaking skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills,
