Job Title: Shop Floor Staff / Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for a flexible, hardworking, and sales-oriented Shop floor staffto join one of our client’steam. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, respects customers and colleagues, and is eager to contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Shop Setup & Maintenance
- Set up the shop daily and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle routine cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming environment.
Customer Service & Sales
- Welcome customers warmly and assist with their needs.
- Guide customers through product selection and make recommendations.
- Actively upsell products to enhance the customer experience and increase transaction value.
- Assist customers during payment and checkout.
Post-Sale Support
- Escort customers after purchase as needed to ensure satisfaction and security.
Stock Management
- Assist with stock control, regular reviews, and inventory checks.
- Receive and verify deliveries.
· Stock organizing and arranging for cartons.
Requirements
- Hardworking and self‑motivated.
- Sales‑oriented with a customer‑first attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable to daily tasks.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plu.
- Preferred age range: mid‑20s to early 30s.
