Innovation! YIBS is expanding its team of visionary educators and academic
leaders. We invite dynamic, highly qualified professionals to apply for the
following key positions:

ACADEMIC AFFAIRS COORDINATORS (TWO (2) FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITIONS)
These positions are for the School of Management, Accounting, Business &
Finance and the School of Computer Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, review, and enhancement of academic programs in
alignment with YIBS’s strategic vision.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with accreditation
standards and institutional policies.
• Collaborate with faculty to promote teaching excellence, research initiatives,
and student engagement.
• Drive interdisciplinary partnerships and academic innovation across
departments.
Requirements:
• A Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Management, Accounting, Business,
Finance, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum
development, or higher education administration.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with a passion for
academic advancement.
