TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions. It is a group that encompasses different brands namely: Tecno, Infinix, Itel, Oraimo and Carlcare.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager.

Job Position: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Douala, Cameroon

Job Description:

• Key support role in developing and executing creative, impactful, and engaging social media, e-shop, and offline activity marketing strategies. Monitor the performance of each campaign.
• Manage social media accounts, and drive results aligned with brand image and growth goals, from the content calendar, copy creation, design ideas contribution, content adaption, online giveaway campaigns management and ads boost.
• Partner with creative teams, event sponsors, external creative agencies and material vendors.
• Mentor and develop team members, encouraging their professional growth within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.

Qualifications and experience :

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong knowledge of marketing channels. (online and offline)
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, marketing insights, and time management skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in FMCG or electronic technology marketing and creative agency has priority.

Capabilities and Skills :

·      Good communication skills;

·      Fluent in English (written and spoken);

·      Good analytical skills;

·      Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure;

·      Hard working, Responsible, with a high degree of enthusiasm for work.
