THE POSITION

Under the hierarchical supervision of the HR Coordinator, the HR Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all 2019 timesheets are in line with the salary transactions for the fiscal year 2019.

DURATION

This is a three months position.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Verify that all timesheets for the fiscal year 2019 are available, validated and archived;
• Reconcile 2019 salary transactions to approved timesheets for the same period;
• Ascertain monthly timesheet reflects grant codes and percentages accurately as per mapping shared by Finance
• Perform physical and electronic archiving of all validated timesheets after reconciliation;

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human resources Management/ Audit/Finance;

• At least one year of experience in auditing in an audit firm or in a company with a strong administrative skills
• Good understanding of audit processes ;
• Good mastery of French and English – spoken and written – for reporting purposes.
• Developed sense of contact and information gathering.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in humanitarian crisis conditions and under pressure and adapt to changing needs;
• Experience in an international NGO is an asset
• Being of Cameroonian nationality
