Internship Description

We are seeking Tellers for Professional Internship who share our vision of excellence and distinction. Our Tellering Internship opportunity provides valuable microfinance experience.

Responsibilities

•  Conduct routine banking transactions
•  Assess customer needs and provide excellent customer service and problem resolution
•  Comply with our microfinance policies and procedures
•  Handle cash and process transactions with a high level of accuracy

Skills & Requirements

•  Strong oral and written communication skills
•  Organized with excellent attention to detail
•  Positive and friendly attitude to maintain good relationships with customers and staff
•  Strong customer service skills
•  Maintain a high level of confidentiality
•  Willingness to travel and work at any of our branches
•  Must be bilingual (English and French)
•  Must be at least an HND holder

•  Internship locations: Douala or Yaoundé
