SOFT EDUCATION is a bilingual nursery and primary complex located in NYALLA TOTAL NKOLBONG

As part of the launch of SOFT EDUCATION activities for the school year 2020/2021, BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA recruits: 15 Anglophone teachers (M/F) (ref: AT001)

You will carry out following activities

• Define learning objective and schedule education activities
• Monitor punctuality, pupils’ studiousness during lessons, check justifications and give feddbacks to the administration
• Collect information and lesson note preparation (lesson notebook, learning method)
• Check class control
• Organize educational space in the classroom
• Supervise pupils during interclasses, extracurricular activities, or any other activities
• Welcome pupil’s when they arrive in class
• Adapt the learnig styles according to pupils’ difficulties
• Access pupils’ progress in learining
• Inform families, educational teams on the evaluation methods, results, difficulties or behavior of the child
• Process information ( collect, classify and update)
• Develop a project with pupil’s

Candidates must have the following profil:

• Minimum CAPIEMP holder, with working experience
• Good knowledge of the Cameroonian education systeme
• Good mastery of English language and ICT tools
• Excellent personal organization skills, autonomy, listening, creativity
• Teaching, team animation technique and child psychology
• Techniques to prevent and avoid conflicts
• Adaptability and ability to work in a team
