TRAINER 
TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions. 
 
We are looking for TRAINER ORAIMO.
 
Key Accountabilities:
 
·        Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement;
 
·        Designing training programs on time and within budget;
 
·        Prepare physical and digital training materials (e.g. videos and case studies);
 
·        Ensure the integration of new sales staff into the company;
 
·        Coordinate individual and team skills assessment sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses;
 
·        Monitor sales targets and results;
 
·        Gather feedback from learners and managers on training courses;
 
·        Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved);
 
·        Ensure to achieve monthly/yearly sales target;
 
·        Follow up with the sales team to make sure our clients have sufficient stock
 
·        Provide detailed products knowledge to customers and give them proper suggestions on sales and visibility. 
 
·        Follow up with our Data Analysts about weekly PSI, sales reports in a timely manner, submit new product forecast and/or DRP according to actual sales;
 
·        Other temporary tasks assigned by manager;
 
·        Maintain up-to-date records of training materials, curriculum and costs.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
 
·        Should have a Bachelor degree in Marketing ;
 
·        At least 1 year of experience in a similar position ;
 
·        Knowledge on accessories and android phones;
 
·        Skilled in using Excel, Word, Power-point software.
