is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients, MULTINATIONAL IN
THE BANKING SECTOR
ONE (01) TRADE FINANCE PRODUCTS MANAGER H/F (Ref. RCM0922)
Position based in Douala


Your main missions will be:
• Develop non – traditional and innovative Trade Products to ensure a leading regional trade proposi- tion for the bank;
• Develop, maintain and review Trade Products Programs for effective use and marketing advantage while ensuring that it is in line with and supports the broader strategy of the bank;
• Ensure a strategic and co – ordinated product development and sales focus, servicing the Trade prod- uct needs of both existing and new business clients.
In order to fulfil your missions, you will:
• Manage the processes, structures, systems, and resources required to effectively service existing cli- ents and develop new clients are in place and continuously reviewed using SLA’s, thereby contrib- uting positively to the efficiency and profitability of CB products segment.
• Coordinate roll-out of the Trade Product Development model within the Group, with the aim of providing a level of service which is of high quality, and which is consistent with the standard of service defined.
• Develop a client development and retention plan for every existing client, using the banks tool to optimise our cross-selling and deep selling opportunities with the client.
• Coordinate and formulate a client training programme on covering domestic and international Trade products.
• Establish and maintain critical relationships with stakeholders in the various local markets, and with stakeholder in the wider enterprise.
• Build credibility across all levels within and external to enterprise via the skilful application of spe- cialist knowledge and relationship building skill.
• Manage relationships exist between Account Executives, and relevant stakeholders and service pro- viders within the Group.
• Gain leads and access to strategically influential stakeholders in large corporate organisations in or- der to introduce them to the benefits of dealing through the enterprise.
• Update and maintain the trade pricing schedule, making use of competitor and client information
• Formulate and review a strategy to pursue clients that have never dealt Trade Finance and Services
business with the Group.
• Formulate and continuously review a strategy to pursue clients already dealing with other divisions of the enterprise but not Trade but having Trade business.
• Maintain close contact with all internal stakeholders and leverage off their deals that might have Trade content.

Profile :
• A Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study.
• At least 10-15 years of Trade experience.
• Ability to interact and negotiate with the client organization at the global decision-making level.
• Customer focused & results orientated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant languages to the accounts assigned.
• Trade skills are an asset.
• Good organizational and time management skills are highly desirable.
• Result driven team player.
• Strong networks within the corporate market.
• Experience in high level relationship building and maintenance.
• Bilingual speaking (English/French) is essential.
