TBIS is looking to hire seeking Dedicated and Enthusiastic Teachers to join our dynamic team to join starting from August 2024. Applicants must have a teaching qualification and specialisation in their field of teaching and/or at least three successful years of teaching in a primary/secondary school environment. They must be able to embody the school’s Mission, Vision, and Motto at all times. They should be optimistic, open-minded, collaborative, kind, and reflective about their own practice and how it can better meet the academic and personal needs of each student, consistent with the school’s dedicated approach to personalized learning.

Job Requirement:
- At least 3 successful years of teaching experience in primary/secondary environment
- Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Teaching certification or license
- Proven experience teaching related subjects, preferably at the high school/college level
- Strong knowledge of related concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work in Douala, starting 01st August 2024
- Cameroonian/Local only
Suitable candidates will:
- Be able to teach across the age and ability range
- Teach the subjects from an international perspective
- Be able to teach and communicate fluently in English
- Have experience writing schemes of work
- Open to teaching any other subject to complete their teaching load
- Be able to work and teach using IT apps
- Inspire and engage students
- Experience with the Cambridge Framework
Experience teaching a learning objectives-based curriculum would be an advantage.
