We’re currently looking for a new General Manager to join our team of bright, like-minded managers.
As General Manager, you put your heart and soul into your hotel. You think about everything from building a brilliant team to increasing sales and revenue. Mean while, you wll keep an eye on the numbers and look for ways to increase revenue.
The work will be responsible for:
- Ensure that all customers receive high-quality service
- Plan marketing campaigns on booking.com
- Set sales targets and manage accounts
- Analyze sales figures and produce reports
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Meet and greet customers
- Deal with customer complaints and other problems
- Organize building maintenance
- Ensure that the hotel complies with health, safety, security and licensing regulations.
