ENERAL BUSINESS OF AFRICA SA are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to help us meet our
‘ustomer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company compeliive and Innovalive. You wil be
fesponsible for fraximizing our sales team potential, crafing sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

- Main Responsibilities among others
« Drives blisiness by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
« Achieve prowth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
= Design énd implement a stralegic business plan thal expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
« Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and
procedufal questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team
members.
» Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and
researcting and analyzing sales options.
- Sells prdducts and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending
solutions.
« Maintainb relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and
LA recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvement or new products by remaining Current on industry trends, market activities, and
competitors. ;
Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Conduct compeliive inteligence ; ;
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional
publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in
professional and industry organizations.
- Essential Qualifications / Experience:
» Training : Minimum degree : Bachelor degree in sales – commerce , marketing & communication, and other related degrees
- 10 years experience in a sales role with content development with at least 04 years working in the one particular company.
- « Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meefing or exceeding targets
= Language : Main Language is English Language
- Skills Required
= Concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes ; __
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and infiuence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Experience in developing and managing new sales strategies, campalgns and events
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated experience in the writing, editing and production of a broad range of publications and media
