A COMPANY SPECIALISING IN TRANSIT, TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS RECRUITS THE

FOLLOWING PROFILE: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

 Managerial staff

 Location : Douala

 Type de Contract : CDI

I. ASSIGNMENTS

The Financial Controller assignments are:

 Provide the management with economic and financial analyses results, which are necessary for the

operational management and the company’s strategy;

 Set up a budget management framework;

 Design and set a management control and cost accounting system;

 Develop and implement reporting tools for the Management;

 Define with the Management the main control and indicators guidelines to be implemented and the

reporting framework for the Management;

 Develop the activity’s dashbord (weekly, monthly or quarterly);

 Analyse the company’s performance on a monthly basis by studying any variances in results related to

budgets and objectives;

 Collect, analyse and carry out a synthesis of the budget data from operational departments and profit

centres;

 Anticipate on deviations and take corrective action.

II. PROFILE

 Be between 30 and 45 years old;

 Be a holder of (Bac + 4/5) in one of the following fields: Management Audit, Accounting, Finance,

Management and Auditing

 Have a mastery of information systems: spreadsheets, databases, ERP… ;

 Be competent in data analysis;

 Ability to work in a team..
