Job Summary
Rinoo Cameroon Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Company Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions related to Rinoo’s operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Process payroll, including deductions and employee benefits.
• Develop and implement internal controls and compliance procedures.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Conduct cost analysis to optimize operations and reduce expenses.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams for financial reporting.
• Support capital expenditure analysis and investment decisions.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry practices.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Provide financial insights to management for improved efficiency and profitability.
• Use accounting software effectively for accurate reporting.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional certification (ACCA, CICA, CPA) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
