JOB VACANCIES FOR IT INTERNS (BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE)

DAVCA is a company that specializes in IT services. It operates in PLM, CAD, B.I and software development solutions.
As part of the expansion of our activities, we are looking for 2 trainees with a BAC + 3 or more in computer science.

This internship is slotted for 15.06.2022.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE -ETL / DWH / DATAVIZ (PRE-EMPLOYMENT INTERNSHIP)
Context:
The proposed internship concerns an internally initiated project aimed at improving:  The reporting of its activities.
 The reporting needs in different areas will be documented throughout the course. As an example and the first areas awaiting a steering tool:
 Monitoring of projects carried out by DAVCA on behalf of its clients,
 Follow-up of invoicing, time management and piloting of commercial action.
Description:
The objective of this internship is to use the best practices in the implementation of a decision support suite. It focuses on the design and development of data collection, control and storage processes and on the creation of a steering dashboard.
The work will consist of:

 
Defining the requirements in terms of data, KPIs and functionalities expected by future users
Design the solution and write the technical specifications Develop and test the solution
The project will be carried out in agile mode.
During the course of the internship, this work will be subjected to changes to adapt to the constraints of the DAVCA Company.
Technical Environment

Programming Language: Phyton3, DAX, SQL Database: SQL Server / MySQL /Oracle Dashboard: Microsoft Power BI
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of BI system design and development.
A good knowledge of Excel is desirable.
Be rigorous, organized, technically creative and able to work independently.
Ideally, the candidate should be familiar with one or more of the technologies mentioned.
Modalities:
The trainee will be supervised throughout the internship on all technical aspects (analysis, design and development phases).
