PUBLIC NOTICE

The Cameroon Baptist Convention Department Of Finance and Development is soliciting for the services of a competent Grant wri1er/Resouree Mobilisation expert to lead in the mobilisation of resources from development partners from within and out of Cameroon through grant writing and other resource mobilisation strategies. The aim of this position is to identify, gather documentation and fulfil the necessary requirements of various funding bodies and formally secWcompete for funding on behalf of the Cameroon Baptist Convention.
Interested candidates should possess the following qualities:
     Excellent written communication skills
     Top-shelf research skills
     Ability to understand the needs of both the agencies in need of funding and the organizations that are offering the grunt money   Great organizational skills
     Being able to understand and execute complex instructions   Outstanding computer skills

Qualification and Experience
Education, Expcricnce, and Licensing Requirements:
     Masters degree in English. Journalism,     project Management or related field
     Minimum of 5-ycars of experience in grant writing, prosp«t research, general fundraising
     Track re:ord Of at least 2 successful resource mobilization initiatives
