Mission : 

The project coordinator is responsible for ensuring the proper execution of projects and supervising them from the launch to the production.

Main duties :

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Divide projects into achievable actions and set deadlines
• Act as a liaison with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Help with the preparation of budgets
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Monitor the progress of the project and manage any problems
• Work with the project manager to remove obstacles
• Provide all appropriate legal documentation (contracts and terms of agreement)
• Respect the deadlines and budgetary conditions of realization
• Validate the plans, diagram and execution note and calculation notes
• Develop and validate attachments / work situations and work count

Profil : 

• Diploma in Civil engineering/Rural engineering or any other equivalent diploma
• Proven professional experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager, or a similar position
• Experience in project management, from design to delivery
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Autocad and Microsoft Office tools
• Practical experience of project management tools
• French and/or English speaking
