VACANCY Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Contract: Permanent

Location/Number of positions: Douala (10), Yaoundé (10)

2FC Corporation SAS is a Distributor of international Premium Beverage Brands.

In line with our expansion model, we are currently looking for strong candidates to fill some vacant positions.

Mission

Your role is to generate sales and build win-win relations with outlets in assigned territory.

Your will leverage all market opportunities for high return on consumers and customers investment.

You will work with all players in the market to deliver Volume, Value, Numeric Distribution and Execution standards.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications Any Commercial University

Degree (HND, Bachelor, Master etc,.) and at least 2 years track record in Sales / Marketing/Customer facing role.

Experience • Sales or relevant industry related experience in FMCG, ideally beverage industry, with proven experience in dealing with retail customers

• Journey planning techniques

• Persuasive selling

• merchandising techniques

• Bilingual English/ French

• Healthy and physically robust

• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good driver with a valid license

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Achieves volume, share, and distribution targets.Perfect execution of Picture of success Communication skills Direct selling to outlet Market analysis: volume, shares, competition activities.

• Deliver Sales objectives as define in Commercial scorecard.
