We’re looking for a motivated and curious Marketing Associate who is excited about learning, experimenting, and growing in the field of marketing. This is a starting role designed for someone who understands marketing fundamentals and is eager to develop hands-on experience across digital channels.
This position is ideal for someone who follows marketing trends, enjoys creating and optimizing content, and wants to build a strong foundation in modern marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with social media management, including content planning, posting, and engagement across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Support SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic performance tracking
- Help create and edit marketing content (social posts, short articles, website content, emails, etc.)
- Monitor and report on basic marketing metrics and performance
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and execution
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite
- Some graphic design experience is a plus
- Some hands-on experience through internships, freelance work, school projects, or personal projects
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and how brands use them
- Familiarity with SEO concepts (keywords, search intent, on-page optimization)
- Strong speaking and written communication skills in English.
