JOB DESCRIPTION:

o Ensure the follow-up and finalization of customer records as part of SGS export procedures;

o Handle customer queries and complaints.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

o Minimum of 3 years worth of International Trade experience or related fields and with a recognized qualification degree ;

o Experience and good knowledge of customer service management

o Fluency in French and English.
