Conceptualization and Facilitation of Workshops and International Conferences, etc.

STRATEGIES! Is recruiting a Community Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
Working in collaboration with the Technical Teams and the Content Creator, the Community
Manager
• Develops and implements a strategy for STRATEGIES! social media presence Plans and coordinates a communication strategy for the company’s events and online
products
Is in charge of content management for the website and other social media channels Builds and animates communities around certain themes
Ensures regular presence and interactions with STRATEGIES/online audience Is responsible for regularly building STRATEGIES! brand and visibility across social media
channels
Collaborates with external partners such as writers, and marketing or advertising agencies
Required competence: Candidates should demonstrate
Experience with social media management
Strong analytical and writing skills
Ability to create, structure and implement communication’s strategy Ability to write clearly and adapting style and content to different audience
Strong strategic thinking skills
Ability to work independently, flexibly and under pressure
Flexibility in responding to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Productive and efficient worker, highly motivated
Mastery of monitoring and content analysis tools: Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics,
Facebook Analytics, etc. Good knowledge of basic graphic design tools such as Canva
Ability manage e online campaigns and to use tools such as Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

Competence that would be a great advantage Good understanding of private sector and/or development issues
Strong presentation skills
Required Skills & Experience
Academic Qualifications/Education:
. An advanced degree in communication, journalism or another relevant field.
Experience:
Experience in corporate and/or institutional communication
Proven record producing articles, blogs and communication content – At least 3 samples of previous work must be provided
Using online platforms for communication Knowledge of social media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. is an advantage
Language skills:
Fluency in English and French is required (written and verbal) – emphasis on English
Strong listening skills
