Mission : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Manage all commercial contract negotiations, renewals and amendments with current and prospective suppliers<\/li>
  2. Assist the company and the plant with documenting necessary legal agreements<\/li>
  3. Coordinate contract database and records system<\/li>
  4. Additional support to attorneys as needed, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, memoranda, correspondence and support materials.<\/li>
  5. Maintain evergreen standard terms and conditions to be used by Company in base agreement<\/li>
  6. Maintain all insurance policies required by Cameroon law and the lenders and ensure full coverage<\/li>
  7. Facilitate the provision of legal assistance \/ advice where required including but not limited to:
    1. dispute assistance;<\/li>
    2. general contract assistance;<\/li>
    3. licensing;<\/li>
    4. project finance or other financial contracts;<\/li>
    5. development projects and construction management;<\/li>
    6. labour law matters.<\/li>
    7. Provide such other general management and administrative activities as may be reasonably requested in order that it may carry on its business.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Ad hoc responsibilities in support of the company legal, commercial & compliance, as appropriate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
