MISSION <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Votre mission consiste assurer la gestion des r\u00e9clarnations, lesuivi des cotations, la prospection et ventedes produits d ‘assurance Viesous la supervision du Chef de D\u00e9partement CornrnerciaL <\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRINCIPALES ATTRIBUTIONS <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  • \u2022 Gestion des r\u00e9clamations\u2014clients (individuels et collectifs) \u00e9crites et orales <\/li>
  • \u2022 au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, par courriel set courriers relatifs aux reclamations <\/li>
  • \u2022 Archivage des dossiers de r\u00e9clamations <\/li>
  • \u2022 Communication des reportings hebdormdaires, mensuels, trimestriels et annuels son sup\u00e9rieur et au contr\u00f6le interne. <\/li>
  • \u2022 Participation \u00e0 la prospection commerciale et suivi des cotations via les relances et tout autre moyen <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    PROFIL REQUIS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    1. \u2014 Formation Bac+3 minimum en Assurances\/Marketing\/Vente\/Banque, finance <\/li>
    2. \u2014 4 ans minimum <\/li>
    3. \u2014 Rigueur, organisation, sens relationnel, \u00e9coute, dynamisme, efficacit\u00e9 <\/li>
    4. \u2014 Connaissancesentechniques d’assuranceset vente <\/li>
    5. \u2014 Maitrisedesoutilsde Office, PowerPoint, etc. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
