Job Role Summary<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offer secretarial and administrative support to operations teams in a well-organized and timely manner.
The Administrative Assistant Job duties include:
\u2022Handling correspondences
\u2022Records Management
\u2022Requisitioning
\u2022Invoice Management
\u2022Logistics and travel arrangements
\u2022Developing letters and reports as needed
\u2022Etc.Expected Level of Proficiency<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Candidate must have a bachelor degree (BAC+2\/3) in French and\/or English language studies, office management, business administration or related fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
